Change signal icons color, different types of battery icons, etc

It might be interesting to rename the labels and put custom. This helps the applications that are in another language. Example: xMIUI -> MIUI Settings 设置 -> Settings

Custom Animation

Custom colors for each signal icon in status bar, and dialer's recent list & messaging app will follow the color from the signal icon. In example if we set Green color for SIM1 and Blue color for SIM2, the background color in dialer's recent list...

Please add tinted status bar for 3rd party app, something like dynamic status bar. I have used immersed status bar for miui 6,but in miui 8 it doesn't work properly anymore.
