Custom colors for each signal icon in status bar, dialer's recent list & messaging

Custom colors for each signal icon in status bar, and dialer's recent list & messaging app will follow the color from the signal icon.
In example if we set Green color for SIM1 and Blue color for SIM2, the background color in dialer's recent list and messaging will be set to the color accordingly.
