Set MTP as default USB connection on Android 6.0

In Marshmallow and later systems every time the phone is connected to a PC, the MTP mode is disabled by default and must be activated manually. In CyanogenMod I used a module called "Use USB for Marshmallow", but it doesn't work on MIUI (and there's no point requesting support from the developer because they probably don't have a MIUI compatible device). So I was hoping I could get the same functionality from this module. I currently don't use it, but I would use it only for this.

I also think this is a very useful functionality because when a user connects their phone to a PC, in 90% of cases it's because they want to transfer files and not just to charge the phone.
